Terms of Service

Realtor Portal is a software-as-a-service platform for real estate firms. By signing up, you agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and not to misuse the system.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

User content and acceptable use

Realtor Portal lets users send messages and share content related to a real-estate transaction. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or send spam.

You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app (press and hold a message, or use the report option on a person), and you can block any user so you no longer see their messages. We review reports and act on objectionable content and the users responsible - including removing content and terminating accounts, within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the app, or by requesting it at realtorportal.parallelstudios.co/delete-account.

We provide the service "as is" without warranty. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
